Great addition to our Elite Sports Bulgarian sandbag which has been part of morning workouts for over a year. This workout sandbag comes with three internal filler bags to hold the sand, two large and one smaller filler bag, that you fill and then insert into the main external bag. They’re double Velcro’s so sand won’t leak. No directions as to why there are three filler bags and best practices but not a big deal. The sandbag itself is rugged made of ballistic nylon, the same material you find in tactical gear. There are multiple handles providing flexibility to complete a variety of workout exercises. The stitching is heavy duty so handles staying put shouldn’t be an issue. Overall very happy with it, well made and a pricing value over other makes.

Perfect for my daughter’s BJJ conditioning! I bought this bag for my daughter to help her train for Jiu Jitsu, and it has been a game-changer. The quality is top-notch. The double Velcro closure makes it super durable—we haven’t had any issues with sand leaking, even during high-intensity drills. We also love the variety of handles; they allow her to work on different grips and movements that translate perfectly to the mats. Great quality all around!

I’ve been beating, swinging, and tossing this bag around for a while and it can take so much punishment. I have not been kind to this bag, but the material and stitching have held up quite well. NO LEAKS. It’s easy to fill and get started. The variety of handles is really great for interval training and changing things up. As a martial artist of various disciplines and dad to two very active toddlers, this has been a great addition to my home workouts. I can get a quick full body workout and then get back to running around with my kids or doing something around the house.

Awesome! I’m a 56 yr old former paratrooper who has always worked hard to stay strong & fit. I feel heavy carries are one of the most valuable / life transferable skills to maintain. This bag is AMAZING! I ordered the 50-75 lb bag (in Army green of course); it came with 2 large and 1 small interior bags that are sealed with 2 rows of the strongest Velcro I have ever encountered. No way these will leak sand! Interestingly, I was able to fill each large bag with FIFTY pounds of playground sand from HD. It took some ‘boot persuasion’ to get them both in the large bag because they’re pretty full but WOW - what a training tool! I’m 220 lbs and holding the bag, the scale hits 330! So I got a 110 lb bag for the price of a 75. No complaints here! The main outer bag is fantastic, the multiple handles will allow for some greatly varied training. Highly recommend!!!

I'm impressed by how strong the stitching is that hold the handles onto this sandbag. It feels like it can really take a beating and last for a long time. I love that there are 4 sets of handles in different orientations for a multitude of grips and exercises. The internal fillier bags made the filling process very easy. The sand I used was a bit damp, so I only had to fill them each about half way to get 50lb. The filler bags are double-velcro sealed so they do not leak sand at all, even when throwing the bag around during exercises. I also have to say that I'm used to doing weighted squats with a barbell, and using the sandbag is so much more comfortable on my shoulders.

Very heavy canvas material. It appears to be very durable. We purchased the 50lb pond version. It has two separate bags you fill with sand for weight. We used the extra sand bags from our weighted vests. Zipper seems solid.
