Solid choice for your needs!
I recently upgraded to the Thermaltake GF1 1050W fully modular power supply, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Right out of the box, the build quality of the cables is impressive; they feel durable and sturdy, which gives me confidence in their performance. The cable length is also excellent, allowing for a clean and tidy setup in my case without any awkward bends. Installation was a breeze. The fully modular design meant I only had to connect the cables I needed, which simplified the process significantly. Everything fit perfectly, and I appreciated how easy it was to route the cables for optimal airflow. While the aesthetics of the power supply aren't particularly eye-catching, this isn't a deal-breaker for me. In my application, performance is key, and the GF1 delivers that in spades. It runs quietly and efficiently, providing stable power for all my components. Overall, I highly recommend the Thermaltake GF1 1050W for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality power supply that excels in functionality over flashy looks. Five stars all the way!

I Trust Thermaltake
I'm an old time PC builder and have been building PCs my entire adult life. When it comes to PSUs, I just go with Thermaltake. Sure there are other quality brands out there, but it's just one of those decisions I make for myself. Always reliable, great instructions, plenty of modular cables to select the ones you need (while not needing to deal with those you don't), runs completely silent unless you decide to turn that feature off (easy external switch on PSU to do so). I wish it came in white; but that's not a reason to deduct a star from this excellent PSU. I always go a bit more on the PSU watts then I need (could have settled for a 650-750W PSU), but it's just something I don't cheap out on.

Good PSU but cables stiff and awful to work with
Good PSU but the cables are absolutely awful. All basically have double sided bits so they're stiff and hard to manage.

Easy and quick install
Works great so far. The wires are easy to bend and fit well in my case and it was easy to install.

Save your warranty paperwork, just in case.
Lasted 2 months. Bought this for a PC update. My PC requirement was only at 389 watts, but I put in a 5060 so I wanted to make sure I had plenty of power. Worked fine for the first month. Month two, we'd have to wiggle the power cord to turn it on. Right after month 2 it stopped working all together. Very disappointed as I had a good opinion of Thermaltake before this. I did appreciate the fully modular PSU but dying after 2 months was a disappointing.

Good power supply
With the specs of my computer, I probably should of went with a 1000w for safety but went with this one and never have had a problem with power delivery or anything of the sort.

Quiet Power Supply That Feels Reliable
I installed this in my gaming PC and it’s been running smoothly without any coil whine or fan noise, even when the system is under load. The fully modular design made cable management much easier, which my kids appreciated since they helped me set it up and liked seeing the clean build. It feels solid and well-built, though some reviewers mentioned the cables are a bit stiff compared to other brands. For the cost, it’s a good deal considering the efficiency rating and quiet operation, especially compared to pricier gold-rated units.

Thermaltake is an old and trust brand. It's price also quite reasonable. This is my 3rd PC PSU that I ordered and it's warranty awesome for 10 years. It comes with whole bunch of cables, so you shouldn't miss anything for a ATX motherboard. Another reason is matter to me, Thermaltake's wrapping always please me. It's not stingy to the materials!
