We bought two of these sheets and they are quite comfortable and wash well. We've not had them very long so I can't speak to durability, but they look like they'll last a long time. They do stay in place and the colors we bought were good. The tan was tan and not peachy or yellowish.

I actually used these sheets for an arch for my daughter's birthday. It fit perfectly around the whole arch so that I could design the fabric with my Cricut. It's so nice for DIY projects at home and it was a great alternative to other design options I was looking into. I just washed it and put it in the dryer, and got a wrinkle free canvas ready to design.

I haven't had this item very long but I mainly wanted to mention the color, in case other people are as unsure as I was. This is definitely a dark chocolate. Seems a bit grabby when moving around on it with say a tee shirt on, I suppose that's because it's microfiber. The fit was good for my mattress and it seems to be made okay for the price but time will tell.
