My rating is based off the product itself. The box it came in was smashed up when it arrived. The packaging was not good at all. The product itself is nice. I got it for a raffle item but I had to just take it out of the box and wrap it with a nice decorative bag. My friend actually won it, so she was excited about that. She said it runs great. No issues what so ever. She puts in on her office desk and loves the aroma it puts out. This type is great for small office and in your vehicle. I always have one at my desk and in my car.

It's really cute and small. The size is about a small thermo cup. It's really quiet although some reviewers complained about the hissing noises. I don't know about their environment. In my case, the fans of my desktop PC and also the ambient sounds in the cubicles around are much much louder. Thus this little cup is almost as quiet as the night.Another good feature is it's economic use of water and the automatic shutoff at 4 hours of uses. Filling it up in the morning would guarantee its operations for 12 hours -- good for a whole day plus overtime in the office. The 4-hour shut-off ensures that I don't need to worry about whether I turn it off or not when I leave the working place.Oh, of course, the changing color lights is certainly a big plus.

I have been experiencing dry mouth during sleep and am happy to report that this product helps. Have located it on the bedside table. I do have a problem with the instructions for replacing filter and cleaning unit. It indicated on the instruction that the filter case could just be pulled off and filter replaced. I cannot get it off. Cleaning is also critical to prevent mold and harmful bacteria. Do not know how or how often to clean.Would appreciate comments from others.

Really liked this product! I was looking for a portable humidifier to take with me on a trip and this one worked great! The longer cord made it convenient. I liked the different settings you could choose from. The only con for me, was that I wish it came with a wall plug attachment. But, for the price, picking up one for it was not a problem. I would recommend this product!

I bought this humidifier a year ago for the car. It worked great, but has recently stopped misting. It has been cleaned and has a new filter, soaked in water, but no mist. I also cleaned the metal plate with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab. The lights work. There are no broken components. 9Oine, do you have any suggestions for getting the mist to work again?

No noise indeed. The lights are cool but the whole thing is too small. I thought I could get away using it in a small room but it doesn’t put out enough humidity for that room. Also, not a huge fan that it has to remain plugged in the whole time. Idk if thats normal for a humidifier or not. After a few months we’ve just stopped using it altogether

I envisioned this to being much larger and when it arrived I tried to use it in my daughters room but it was not effective at all in the room and I ended up having to buy an additional larger one. I enjoyed using it in my vehicle although I don't think it was much effective there either.

Works great so far, the wife want d something to bring when we travel because it has been so dry everywhere we go. She has eczema and the dry makes it flare up. She has traveled with this once to Vegas and she said it made a huge difference. She now also uses it at home here and there. A must if u are sensitive to dry weather
