It is lighter and the provided cables are unexpectedly flexible. The connections to the supply itself are solid but slightly loose, which is a good thing for accidentally yanking the cord. Better to have it disconnected from the supply than damage the power port on your laptop. It is nice to have a USB charger as part of the supply. I wanted a spare power brick and this is lighter and certainly smaller than the original that came with my laptop and it works fine.

My giant 350W oem charger forgot my eluktroniks laptop would only charge in very particular orientations. By default, luckily this new charger was the same plug, but it's really nice that I can but adpatwrd for other devices I have. Being able to charge so rapidly, and charge multiple devices, while also being half the size, is really freakin nice!Also, the build quality is superb. The cables feel great and they could really nicely. Hands down the best charger I've owned. Great cable ties and an included travel case is a nice touch. The case is roomy enough for you to store extra dongle and cables as well.It's not cheap, but it does feel like you get what you paid for in a good way.

Owned this for about 5 months. I wanted to love this charger. I love the design, the usb c ports, the cables, case and everything. But after month 3, it started tripping my breaker. I tried using it with nothing else running on the same breaker, but still tripped it while handling basic tasks on my laptop. No rendering, no gaming, just a few web pages open and a spreadsheet. I switched back to the original charger and all the problems went away. Got my electric bill for last month and it's 5x what it was this time last year, and nearly double what it was in the Summer when I had the AC running all day. I have no idea what went wrong or why it ended up drawing so much power but its costed me over double what I paid for it.

I read the reviews and saw a review where someone wasn't achieving the 330W power and could not get their performance mode to work. The reason being is because that person did not follow the directions as you will not be able to achieve the 330W with a USB-C connector. It MUST use the adapter/plug that is used for the lenovo laptop. I bought that on Amazon as well. Three different adapters a right angle that only uses 300W a extension also 300W and a second extension LABELED 330W. Plugged it in and boom power performance mode works no issue. So if you lenovo legion pro 7i 9th gen users looking for a slim charger. Look no further this is the one!

The cables are very very nice. The charging brick is thicker than my standard razer brick but much shorter. The carrying case is also thicker than my second hand carrying case. The two additional type c output is also a huge plus that you can just use it as a power hub.The only downside I see is the adaptor is super cheap feeling for the razer laptop and the cable adaptor system is poorly designed. It’s just a very ugly solution. They should just sell cables specifically for the laptops. I get that it is nice to buy a different adaptor for any laptop but man is it ugly. It is also substantially thicker and hangs out more then the razer designed one.I am not 100% sure I would keep it. However if I needed a new power supply I would recommend it.

First off, I cannot believe the size and weight difference compared to the Alienware m16 power supply, which is insanely lighter with zero performance degradation. There is no comparison when it comes to the quality that has gone into designing a better, more efficient power source. I use this to charge my phone and other usb-c devices. Overall, this is an amazing charger and replaces your bulky standard power source, which makes this a must have if you travel with your laptop.

The packaging for this device is great!!! Comes with a nice pouch for travel. The cables are long and nicely made and the usb c power out I can power my portable monitor and charge my phone.

It charges items incredibly fast especially phones.
