If you purchase this get the adapter. I haven't been able to use it and I bought this thing a couple years ago it's supposed to hold 10 minutes of air but I haven't even been able to try it because I can't put air into it. They advertise it it's easy to get it in there but you must have an adapter of some sorts which I still haven't been able to find
