I have just started using this product. The device feels robust and the online interface is fairly intuitive and easy to use. Above all, technical support is extremely easily reachable and helpful. In particular, I have interacted with CM, who seems to know the product and interface inside out, efficiently addressed minor setup issues and ensured the device was working properly and connected. Thanks for superb customer service.

I've never seen a company with such a good customer service before. They called me with back when I reported an issue with the Tracki Pro. It turns out that the device charges specifically with the USB-C cable provided and wouldn't work with my mac charger. Its now charging to 100% so if you have a charging issue use the original cable provided in the box. The tracker and app.tracki.com has a great user interact where you can see multiple tracki devices at the same time. Our company uses this for asset protection and export shipments to Asia. Settings are very intuitive you can set how many times the device should give off a GPS position once per minute or if you want to prolong battery life you can sent to once per 12 hours. We will definitely be purchasing more of the Tracki Pro devices.

Does a good job tracking my motorcycle

I bought this product and had some trouble with it but it was user error But their staff are so helpful and will reply within minutes and can sort any issues remotely

Warning: Tracki Pro was purchased and set up correctly, to track a shipment which would take 6 weeks. The first 2 weeks it worked OK, however at the end of the third week, it went haywire. It was at this point, I thought it had been stolen as it was 80 miles from where it should be. I informed the police straight away, as they will only track item, if it is showing live. However it wasn't stolen at all, just a stupid GPS device transmitting wrong locations ( 87% battery life). Only found out when shipment arrived with other tracker which is a Samsung smart tag 2 via notification. I spent money buying this and spent another £100 on fuel trying to track this thing. Not to mention wasting Police’s time, never again. Sorry not sorry...never again.😢

I was cheated, I wanted a tracker without a subscription, and I got it with a subscription, this is a scam of the consumer's money!!!
