I love eating rice but to keep my sugar levels in check I tried this and what I loved about it is firstly they are easy to cook as normal rice and tastes also the same. As they have low glycemic index and more fibre than white rice, they are very beneficial for those who love eating rice. It's grain size and quality is also good.
