I want to be authentic and get the marks from the basket that I see when I flip it over onto the peel and score it. It’s a basket. What could be bad? This is nice

I ordered two Bannetones, both supposedly 8.2 inches and they arrived together. But they do not look alike. I don't know if I got sent a wrong one but one is 8.2 inches and 2 3/4 high and the other is 7 3/4 inches and 3 1/4 inches high. They also both have cracks in them and I'm not super happy with my purchase. They function well enough but I will be buying future baskets from someone else.

Nice for proving my bread, and with flouring I can just tip the dough out into my dutch oven. This size is a bit smaller than my usual loaves are, so I'll get the next size up next time.

Love these - works wonderful for my high moisture sourdough! I will be purchasing more and of various sizes and shapes.
