Stunning looking, a few issues
The media could not be loaded. The heater panel looks stunning and on switching the unit on, we could feel the heat and initial thoughts are this will heat our large room admirably.Can't connect to the WiFi as it only works on 2.4ghz and more modern routers are set up at 5ghz.Have no idea how this fixes to the wall, the instructions are no help and even trying to wing it doesn't work.The reason we purchased this was the WiFi and being able to fix to a wall.Searched YT and other various sites for help and advice and absolutely nothing referenced from this model.Reaching out to anyone who can help explain how these brackets are supposed to fix to the unit and then fixed to the wall?

Faulty how do I contact you about the 2 year warranty ?
Faulty bought in December now comes on for around 30 seconds and then you see a blue flash from underneath and it stops heating but the screens stays the same as if there is no issue.

Useless product
Heats up to 17C and keeps cutting out. Wouldn't recommend at all
