Great customer service friend loved this as a gift
I got this as a gift for a friend and she loves it. At first I was nervous because the certificate did not come with it. However, I reached out and the company responded very quickly and sent us one which I very much appreciate. It is good quality though the coal is small. The rest of snow globe is a decent size. It is very pretty and adds to her Titanic collection.

Exactly what I was looking for! Perfect quality with the detail! clear water! Beautiful floating snow. The perfect size and worth the money spent. The box was easy to take apart and pull the Snowglobe out! Very pleased with this purchase!!

Missing certificate
I would love to give this item 5 stars, as it is unique and just really nice to have for anyone interested in the RMS Titanic. I bought this as a gift for my grandson because he loves anything Titanic. The globe itself is really nice and the coal is cool to show people as a conversation piece. They also advertise that a "certificate of authenticity" comes with it. I did not receive one with the globe. I called Amazon, explained that I needed to get the certificate that is shown to come with the globe. They sent me yet another globe and still no certificate. Now I have to send one of the globes back which is a pain. I want the certificate so that I can frame it and display it with the globe. I'm giving this item 3 stars because of the missing certificate. If the seller responds and sends out the certificate, I will edit my review to give 5 stars.

Water in globe turns yellow
Bought for grandson 2 years ago and the water has slowly turned to an icky yellow. Not sure how to change the water.
