This is good to use when you're dehydrated. I've found that regular water doesn't hydrate me like it should, so I add about a tablespoon of this in my 8-10 oz water. I find it to be a bit too sweet if I add more than that. Thus, I wish there was a way to close it back up, but I just tape it. It still does a good job of hydration with the tablespoon. I've repurchased this and will do it again.

Packages has a good proportion and dissolves easily. Tastes great. Sweetness varies by flavor. Great bargain compared to store bought.
