This product is exactly what we want, having previously used them at the recommendation of our dentist.

Great product to get right in them awkward places on the back teeth

Unfortunately I couldn't use these as the wire in them was too large for the gaps in my teeth, I think that I hadn't fully appreciated the size of it and thought the 'X-Maxi' referred to the bristles. They work for my boyfriend though.
