What a waste of time and money!!!
The Soeks Ecovisor F4 device is basically a great idea, but is still in its infancy! Therefore no recommendation to buy! Better wait 2-3 years until the technology/software works without problems and is mature!The communication with Soeks has been very difficult. Well over 20 e-mails were necessary, a catastrophe! What a waste of time!After 14 days of proper use the temperature sensor was already broken. The temperature fluctuated arbitrarily from approx. 30 °C / 86° F upwards to over 80 °C / 176 ° F. Therefore all measurement results were falsified. A wholesaler confirmed this problem by telephone, which had been known for a long time!The problem was initially denied by Soeks. It was claimed that the temperature display had no influence on the measurement. This cannot be true, because the results at different temperatures at the same measuring point are different. This was also confirmed by this leading wholesaler. The manufacturer also tried to sell him this opinion as a fact. However, he understood that it was not true.In addition, the EMF measurement only works correctly when the battery is fully charged. So you have 5 minutes for a correct measurement. Disaster!The consultation with the wholesaler showed that he has numerous defective devices, all defective because of the EMF battery problem and temperature sensor. Even the dealer does not get a replacement from Soeks. The drawer is already full. That is a cheek, I think. The wholesaler complained about the bad service of the manufacturer and emphasized that the idea and the patent are great, but the current implementation is only stress. Unfortunately, the problem seems to be more man-made than technical.The warranty case was initially denied despite naming the known defects. Only after threatening to publish a field report was a replacement device reluctantly offered. The defect was proven by a photo.As it turned out after sending, the EMF measurement is definitely defective, see photo. The microwave shows completely different values on the defective device as well as on the new device. Catastrophe! (The time displayed on the devices does not match. But this is only due to the setting)The way to the exchange was also a disaster! Despite guarantee case I had to take over import tax as well as time and travel expenses to the customs at own expense. Soeks refused until today any financial compensation of my expenses. I had additional expenses of ~80 dollars!!! Also the return costs of the defective device must carry the customer! Cheek! Despite the warning to publish my experiences, the company showed no understanding. The compensation was refused. Therefore now the publication of my experiences! Time expenditure altogether at least 12 hours! Nobody pays this expenditure, only the customer himself. Normally one should be able to assume with a warranty case that the company and/or the manufacturer carry all costs of the exchange. In this case the customer has to pay for errors and defects of the device himself. Only the postage costs for the new device were paid. Unbelievable! The guarantee conditions say nothing about who has to bear the total costs or how the distribution of the costs is. Attention! This is a trap! The company silently and secretly commits the customer for all additional costs of the exchange, even though it is a production-related error! It is simply unbelievable how costs are saved here and put on the customer. Actually it is self-evident that a warranty repair or a warranty exchange does not burden the customer in any way. This company thinks differently. Therefore save time and stress and rather wait a few years or buy an alternative device somewhere else.
