Amazing stuff. It helped me during the allergy season. I told so many friends about bee pollen. They had the same response. It doesn't taste great but the results are amazing.

When we opened the bag, we both were overwhelmed with the incredibly fresh, beautiful smell of such excellent quality bee pollen, we couldn't wait to put it in our yogurt + blueberry parfait. Incredibly delicious. Large and healthy looking granules with nice texture and perfect flavor. Uniform color, no detectable impurities. Confirmed with the seller that this bee pollen is sourced in the USA and third party tested. Unbelievable natural energy boost, very effective prior to a workout, or dancing, or playing your cello, or whatever. Comes in a zip loc bag, but we store it in an airtight glass jar for best results. It doesn't seem to mix well without a high speed blender, but the large granules are so tasty on their own that this isn't a problem for us. Enjoy, it is really worth it ioho.

Honestly, this is as good as any other super expensive brand. I was using it randomly, but now I use it every morning on the days that I run. And I do a whopping tablespoon of it….just chew it and make sure it’s not still in its granular form so you don’t choke on it…..and down the hatch. Gives me energy and makes my brain sharper. I have MTHFR, so I don’t absorb vitamin B very well and have to be careful with supplements. I have a great B-Complex by Vital Nutrients with Methylated B 12 which is a game changer and along with the Bee Pollen and a Mediterranean diet, I feel pretty good. I like to take it on an empty stomach vs with food—just a matter of preference but I think it absorbs better on its own. It’s not the same as taking honey…..they both serve a purpose. But if you need energy or struggle with absorption due to autoimmune issues, this is great. That’s been my experience. Starts low and go slow…..start with a tsp and apparently you can up it to 2 TBSP a day….but I feel safest with one.

Love that they are organic and perhaps this the reason but they are lighter in color than non organic bee pollen and have a slight smell (not a bad smell just not a honey smell). There is not a bad taste to them either so they are pretty much just like regular except for the color. Price is great!

Value wise, it seems like a great value. It arrived and I was excited to try it. After opening the package it looked fine, smelled fine and seemed fine. I've read some reviews saying it had a sweet taste. So O took the included scooper a d tried a full scoop of this magically healthy stuff.......... eck!!!! After a few chews, I spit it out in the sink. This stuff is horrible tasting. Ewww..
