Febico is a very well-respected company in Taiwan/Asia which produces some of the highest quality algae-based products around. DHA is important and something that is very hard for our bodies to get naturally if vegan (some reports mistakenly claim that we can with enough Omegas or other nutrients, but that is not true--the conversion rate, especially for women is extremely low), so I was happy to see this product from Febico. The bottle is glass and the contents are in capsule form, which is great. I've been very happy with the product (and also their great customer service representatives, like Diane, with answers to any questions).

Easy to swallow

Excellent product! Best of it's kind that I could find.

Algae, astaxanthin, and the other ingredients from the sea and other sources are thought to be very beneficial, so I wanted to try this out.The directions suggest 1 a day (or 2 a day for pregnant or breastfeeding women). I decided to try one in the morning. The first thing I noticed is the taste. It’s not a strong taste but it definitely has a slight seaweed/nori flavor. It doesn’t bother me because they are only in my mouth for a second and then swallowed, but if it were a strong flavor it probably would. They’re a decent size (not huge!) and easy to swallow.When I took them in the morning I did experience some fairly unpleasant burps. I switched to taking them at night before bed and that completely resolved the burping issue for me.I’ve noticed softer skin and feel a small but noticeable improvement in overall well-being, and I’ve only been taking this product for about a week! I love that it’s vegan and comes in a strong glass bottle. Highly recommend this item.

Felt great after one gel capsule. This one did not have a fish taste. Happy to say they were true to their word. I loved how easy it was to open and consume. Algae oil aids as an anti-inflammatory agent, reduce blood clots, and is a great source of Omega-3.

I only use this brand of Algae Oil for my Omega 3s. It doesn't contain Carrageenan (which almost every single other brand contains), the taste is pretty mild, and FEBICO is top notch in terms of purity. I highly recommend.
