Q: Does this leave a greasy look?

This leaves a shiny look immediately after putting it on but, for me, after about 10 minutes, it sinks in and looks more dewy if anything. If you generally have a more oily face it might make your face look shiny but for minimally oily to normal faces it gives you more of a glow. I don't wear full face makeup so I don't know how it sits, I just know how it looks on me barefaced.

Q: Is this a good moisturizer to use after washing your face and before putting on makeup?

If you have oily skin, this would probably be enough moisture before putting on makeup. If you need a little more, apply your moisturizer before sunscreen, and then put on your makeup. For me, after washing my face, I use a splash of rose water, followed by vitamin C serum, then this DRMTLGY moisturizing sunscreen, and then I put on a little make up to even out my skin tone.

Q: Can you use it when your at the beach

My entire purpose for purchasing this was so I could wear to the beach as a moisturizer and sunscreen it is in credibly sticky and goes on exactly like sunscreen does very white but even trying to cover with make up the moisturizer was just too sticky. I’ve had it now for quite a while and I keep trying to use it and I keep remembering why I don’t like it

Yes it does, expiration date 07/20, customer service is great they e-mailed me to ascertain my satisfaction.
