Just started taking it, have high hopes

I have been trying this Liposomal L-Carnitine supplement for a couple of weeks now and I must say that it has a better taste than I expected. It has a sweet flavor and is easy to swallow. L-Carnitine is a beneficial chemical that helps the body metabolize fat into energy and is good for overall health. Although I have been taking it daily, I have not seen any visible results yet, but I believe that L-Carnitine might work in the long run.

First off, mine arrived with a broken measure cap.The flavor is a very strong orange flavor, and it is very very sweet. I would have preferred it to be much less sweet.I think my biggest complaint about this product is the recommended portion/directions. I understand that the supplement should absorb better sublingually, but 15 ml is a whole tablespoon of liquid. The instructions are to "Take 15 ML under the tongue". How long am I supposed to leave it there? After I wait 10 minutes with a bunch of overly sweet liquid sitting under my tongue and gathering up the extra salivation from not swalling for 10 minutes, am I then supposed to swallow the rest?The instructions need to be clearer, and or the formulation needs to change.I really really like L-Carnitine and L-Citrulline individually. L-Carnitine is awesome for a lot of things, including general dopamine baseline and sperm motility. L-Citrulline is good for blood flow and vasodilation. Put together, this is a great combination of suppplements for male fertility help. The idea of extra sublingual absortion is great. The execution is just kind of meh.I think if the instructions just told me "hold it under your tongue for 5 minutes, then swallow", I would be happier. At least make it clear how I am supposed to ingest the stuff.To the manufacturer: make the instructions more clear. The idea of the product is good. Also, maybe less sweet.To potential buyers: It's really sweet, and it's a lot of liquid to hold in your mouth. It's also kind of expensive.

These 2 ingredients work well together for overall better health. Metabolism, heart health, increased blood flow, and extra energy. Who can't use more of that? It's a great formula for staying young and this being in liquid form makes it so much easier to swallow than pills.

I took this Supplement for more than 4 weeks and noticed no difference. The formula has a pleasant sweet taste, and it is easy enough to use,1 tablespoon daily. Might work for you, it just didn't for me.

This supplement is orange flavored and very sweet. I appreciate that it's sweetened with monk fruit -- so there's no sugar and it's a natural sweetener. If you don't mind very sweet, this is fairly easy to take. You're supposed to take it under your tongue, which is a little weird, and they don't say how long to hold it under your tongue before swallowing. In that case, your guess is as good as mine. I just keep it under my tongue for a few moments and then swallow. I would have appreciated a little more direction on this, but there is none. For the lack of instruction, I deducted a star. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this supplement.

For $43, I would not recommend this product. I liked the product, but not for $43. I felt the L-carnitine dose was too low for the price point and serving size. I liked that there was L-citrulline, but I think there could be more. I also think they missed an opportunity to disclose the amount of glycerol in each serving. Glycerol is in vegetable glycerin which is used in this product. Glycerol is hyperosmolar meaning it hydrates (but can also have laxative effect). It would have also been nice if they specified the amount of time it should be held under the tongue, and explain the benefit of sublingual intake.I liked the cap, bottle, and the taste was not too bad. I appreciated the measuring cap. I just think that if they are selling it for the price they are, it can be improved in many ways.There are many better alternatives for much less here on Amazon.
