Very nice design, works well and puts out a good flame

I love this essential oil diffuser! The changing color flame effect looks so relaxing and creates a cozy atmosphere in the room. It spreads the fragrance evenly and lasts for hours without needing a refill. Super easy to use and makes the space feel like a mini spa. Definitely worth it!

Poor quality did not work

I purchased one of these for work as we have electric heating and it tends to get very dry in my office. A week later, I purchased a second one for my home and is now in my bedroom. Its quiet and we love the adjustment of the flames as their height can change in addition to how long you want the humidifier on. it is easy to use and I purchased high quality essential oil to go in it and the scent is not overpowering. It is definitely a great purchase and value for the money spent.

It was full of some black sticky goo. I thought it could be cleaned but it ruined a sponge and a kitchen towel trying to clean it and still wasn’t clean enough because the lid kept getting stuck together to the bottom of the diffuser. If the goo was not in there, it would be perfect. It worked for about a week just cleaning the goo out more in between refills of oil and water just like the instructions say. Unfortunately there are no instructions telling me how to clean black sticky goo out of there or getting the lid unstuck when the goo traps it all together! I like the concept of a fireplace diffuser though & bought another from a different company. I didn’t read any other reviews talking about this goo though so good luck to all potential buyers wanting this & buying it.

I love that it's a different type of aroma diffuser. It looks like a small fireplace. It has 3 timer settings 1, 3 & 5 hrs. It is RGB so to choose a color, you let it change colors and the push the light button to keep it on the desired color or keep it on the orange color to make it a lil more traditional. The reason for the one star is that it seems to be heating up the black plastic piece that covers it and its melting onto the base piece as you can see in the first picture. Kinda seems like a fire hazard. I only put this on during the day while i can see it never overnight just in case it decides to malfunction. You can take the side pieces off on the inside to wipe it down to clean it. It diffuses any oil you put into it. It makes a fairly big area smell nice. I have mine in the living room which is roughly 250sqft and it always smells good within 5 minutes of being on. It comes with the power cable but not the brick for the outlet. Overall, it's good for the price.

Love this. Every few days you do have to run a little hot water in it with a good rinse and a Qtip dry. Love this thing
