I am 78 and unwell and in bed a lot and I don’t think a seniors piece of equipment has made me as happy as this one. I had been grabbing the edge of the bed a lot to get out, which wasn’t very stable or safe. This bar once installed is very solid and doesn’t budge when I grab it. I didn’t realize until I got it that the light is motion light and it goes on by itself when I get up in the night to use the bathroom, turns off while I’m there and then when I come back to the door turns itself on. You do need to have a charger nearby and charge it maybe once a week. I attached the bag that comes with it to the handle and it doesn’t get in the way of grabbing the bar and it’s heavenly. My iPad goes in it, my glasses hang on the pockets, my air conditioner and TV control go in the pockets along with my iPhone and I’m no longer losing all of those things in my covers. I feel organized and calmer. I just can’t say enough about how helpful this has been to my life. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I was able to install it far enough down the edge of my bed that it didn’t hit my bedside table yet it was not in the way of getting out of bed. It’s really wonderful!

Highly recommend, very simple to assemble, I got it for my mother who is a recovering a stroke , it helps her out in many ways , has pockets for glasses , remote , etc , and a very cool light that is magnetic and comes with usb , and a motion feature with the light , worth every penny

This bed rail was a great choice for me. No tools needed for assembly and sturdy enough to assist me in getting in and out of bed. The light charges through a USB cord (I think that’s what you call it) and so far I only charged it once and it still goes on and off through motion activation after two weeks. The light is magnetized on the back and just snaps onto the outside of the bed rail. I am very happy with this purchase.

I really love this rail. It’s very sturdy and the handle is cushioned. I love the light that comes on at night. However I’m disappointed because it doesn’t come with a charger and none of my chargers fit the light to recharge it.

It seems to be a quality product. I like the light. It's hard for me to pull up on it with Parkinson's. Maybe I need some training.

Bought this for surgery. It's super solid, motion light is so helpful. Helping me log roll in and out of bed. The pockets hold my phone etc totally recommend

This has been one of the best items I have bought for my mother from Amazon. It is sturdy and the right size needed for her. She really likes the automatic light.
