I cut the vegetables (i.e.: carrots) about 21/2 inches long. If the vegetables are too long they will break and get stuck in the blades. If you do so, it works wonders. Be very careful when washing the blades. They are sharp. I can cut a very large bowl of vegetables with 5-10 minutes at the most.

que tu n'auras pas de grille de taille différente, seulement 2 lames en plus , sinon parfait pour ceux qui ont des problèmes aux poignets.
