अमेजॉन से कोई प्रोडक्ट खरीदने पर 7 डेज रिप्लेसमेंट या टेक्नीशियन विकसित होता है प्रोडक्ट के रिगार्डिंग मैंने रेडमी का 13c मोबाइल खरीदा था जिसका प्रॉब्लम था नेटवर्क और फोन हीटिंग मैं बार-बार कस्टमर केयर से सपोर्ट मांगा की टेक्नीशियन विजिट कराया या इस प्रोडक्ट को रिटर्न कर दीजिए लेकिन कस्टमर केयर ने ना मेरे टेक्नीशियन विजिट कराया और ना ही मेरे प्रोडक्ट को रिफंड किया इतना घटिया हो गया है अमेजॉन कंपनी मैं जिंदगी में कभी भी अमेजॉन सब कोई सामान नहीं खरीदूंगा और बाकी कस्टमर को भी कहता हूं कि ऐसे प्लेटफार्म को आप लोग नेगलेक्ट कीजिए तभी इन तभी अमेजॉन जैसी बड़ी कंपनियों को समझ में आएगा मेरा अमेजॉन में कंप्लेंट नंबर है 9918 इस कंप्लेंट को बिना डिसोल्व किए हुए बंद कर दिया गया मैं अपने फोन से टेक्नीशियन विजिट भी करवाया दो बार टेक्नीशियन वेट हमारे घर पर नहीं हुआ मैंने कस्टमर केयर से सपोर्ट मांगा उन्होंने भी किसी तरह का कोई सपोर्ट नहीं किया उन्होंने कहा कि आप मोबाइल को सर्विस सेंटर लेकर जाइए मैंने कहा कि मुझे मोबाइल खरीदे हुए एक दिन हुआ है और मैं क्यों सर्विस सेंटर लेकर जाऊं पहले दिन से ही मेरे मोबाइल में काम प्रॉब्लम हो रहा है नेटवर्क प्रॉब्लम हिटिंग प्रॉब्लम तुम्हें सर्विस सेंटर क्यों जाऊं या तो मेरे मोबाइल को आप रिफंड कर दीजिए या एक्सचेंज करके दूसरा दीजिए अमेजॉन कस्टमर केयर इन दोनों में से कुछ नहीं किया और नहीं टेक्नीशियन विजिट मेरे घर पर कराया है जबकि नियम है किसी तरह का फोन में प्रॉब्लम होता है तो अमेजॉन टेक्नीशियन विजिट करवाता है घर पर इस तरह का मेरे साथ कुछ भी नहीं हुआ इसीलिए मैं अमेजॉन पर आने वाले समय में अमेजॉन पर कंज्यूमर कोर्ट में कैसे भी करूंगा
