Works.
Although I haven’t connected this outside as of yet, I have tested it inside with various lights that I purchased. Works great. Like that it plugs into outlet. Some don’t have that option. As far as longevity, Can’t answer that now. Hope it holds out.

Piece of crap failed in 2 months.
This is a total piece of crap. I would give a zero if possible. I purchased in October ‘18 to run LED light strips. I used a WiFi wall outlet with current measuring to turn on and off. After hooking up my LED strips, I was using only 67 watts. This thing is rated for 200 watts. This power supply wasn’t overloaded at all. I had it mounted inside a garage, so I know it didn’t get wet. I inspected all my wiring to make sure I didn’t have any issues(I am an industrial electrician) I have this automated to run from sunset to 11pm, then from 6 am to sunrise. So for up to 7 hrs a day the unit was on at less than 50% rated current. Today Dec 8 2018 it wouldn’t turn on. I have 120v going to it, but no 12v out, also no current draw. There are no reset switches or anyway I can see to “reset” the unit. I guess this was a 2 month unit. This was a total waste of money.

If you need a reliable power supply, buy it
Excellent product- worked perfectly for my application (power supply for suction pump). From my experience it’s exactly as described, and I have absolutely no complaints!

Piece of Crap
Do not buy. Mine only worked for a week. I was only using it at 75% and also had it on a timer for 6 hours in the evening and lights keep flickering. This driver has no reset button. I too am an electrician and can tell you, this is not worth it!

Works as advertised
The converter was installed in a Fire Dept. HAZ-MAT Trailer. We have the capability to run heaters with the 110 A.C. and all of the LED lighting (inside and outside) with the 12 volt D.C. conversion.
