Great two pack silicone bread sling
This is an awesome sling for making sourdough or other artisan bread in a Dutch oven. It serves a dual purpose- it makes inserting and removing the bread from a hot Dutch oven super easy and it also help keep your bottom crust from getting too hard or too dark. I have used it in a 450 degree over in a black cast iron Dutch over. There has been no heat or burn issues and no discoloration. It cleans and stores easily. It is a game changer for bread makers. The two pack makes it a even better value for the money.

They work well!
These things work like a charm for sourdough. They’re so easy to use because they are intuitive! They fit perfectly in the Dutch oven, depending on size, and they’re so helpful! They’re just sticky enough. They help give the bottom of the bread a perfect brown. They’re sturdy and definitely keep the loaf in place. They’re easy to clean and for the price, you can’t beat them!

Good product
These are great for transferring sourdough to the Dutch oven. I appreciate using these instead of parchment every time. They clean easily and are easy to store. They do occasionally leave a dent in the side of my loaf.

Work well clean easily
I really like these. I resisted getting silicone mats for a long time. These work nicely. Help keep cookies from burning. I also used them to make siracha powder and the siracha peeled off like a dream. I have only used the large ones so far, they fitwell on the baking sheet. You can clean them up with a washcloth or put in the dishwasher..
