This is an awesome sling for making sourdough or other artisan bread in a Dutch oven. These things work like a charm for sourdough. They’re so easy to use because they are intuitive! They fit perfectly in the Dutch oven, depending on size, and they’re so helpful! I really like these. I resisted getting silicone mats for a long time. These work nicely. Help keep cookies from burning. I also used them to make siracha powder and the siracha peeled off like a dream. I have only used the large ones so far, they fitwell on the baking sheet. You can clean them up with a washcloth or put in the dishwasher..

These have saved my knuckles from burns quite a few times! I place the dough onto these, then score it & place it inside of the hot Dutch oven. The sides fold in, the lid goes on & into the oven it goes! When I remove the bread, it super simple!

Nice for a round loaf. Thought they were two different sizes but they’re the same. Works well.
