Unfortunately my mother was in a car accident and broke both bones in her forearm. And the standard sling was awkward and uncomfortable for her. This sling was perfect it evenly distributed the weight of the cast on her entire neck verses just one side. It also afforded her the comfort of her injured arm being safely in front of her verses off to the side where she worried about people bumping into her or the arm. The sling is/was fully adjustable. And again just what my mother needed. Please note: we purchased another sling...the standard sling worn by those who have the misfortune to be in a cast for several weeks and it was uncomfortable as well as needed constant readjusting.

This was an item I heard about that was Recommended to use when showering to offer support in shower. Dealing with a partially torn rotator cuff and this will allow showering to go a little smoother and at same time water can reach through the mesh and such. Lightweight, good support and will dry quickly.

Got this to use after shoulder surgery for the shower. It’s easy to put on and surprisingly supportive. The only negative is that the straps are really long and the Velcro doesn’t run The whole length. It leaves a long section of the strap unsecured. Not a problem for securing my arm while showering, it’s very secure, but the strap can get a bit in the way. It’s not really an issue since I’m only wearing this for bathing. It dries really fast and it’s comfortable to wear.

I had injured my wrist and had to keep it elevated, but needed something for in the shower. This was perfect and didn't have to struggle to keep it still because movement hurt my wrist. It was very easy to use and easy to adjust and was great for what I needed it for because I needed at least two slings to keep my wrist from hurting with slight movement.

This is a great, easy sling concept. Not enough adjustment room on straps if you are tall (6’+) and have long upper arm. Otherwise it was well made and I like the design better than standard sling. Just needs longer adjustable strap.

Bought this for my grandpa after his shoulder surgery. He was needing something cooler than the thick heavy one they gave him. He said it works well and is much better than the one the hospital gave him.

No support at all if you move your arm a Bit

I recently broke my shoulder. This mesh sling allows me to take showers while keeping my arm immobilized. It feels very secure, the water runs right through it, and it dries quickly. It is exactly what I need to get me through the next few weeks. Unfortunately I have to rely on others to do so many things for me right now but at least I can shower on my own thanks to this sling. SO glad I found it!
