Just what I needed for extra freezer space! As a senior female I appreciate that it has wheels allowing me to easily move it around to where I want it. It froze a small container of water very quickly. It makes NO noise! None. I just moved it from indoors to an outside covered porch so I'll have to see how it does with outside temperatures. I think this is going to be life- changing!

Freezer works good for meats but not for freezing bread products. Ice builds up in packages and causes bread to be hard when defrosted.

I received it and allowed it to stand upright for 3 days (manual recommended 24 hrs). After plugging it in, it would not cool. I turned the dial up all the way in both directions over the course of a week, and it still never got cold. I put my hand on the side of it, and I could feel it vibrating. The temperature inside the freezer stayed around room temperature the whole time. Now I am expected to send it back in the original packaging (which I had already thrown away) and send it back using the UPS return label (which I did not receive). I guess I just wasted $200. I won't make the same mistake again. I'll stick to buying local, and buying American.

Compact, fits in the same footprint where l fed the dogs. Not too heavy, l was able to maneuver it by myself up the garage stairs into the house. Hardest part was getting it out of the box, packed very well. Had to leave it upright for 24 hours before plugging in. Also waited another 24 hours before loading it up. Did not find a users manual included, so l’m using level 5 out of 7 to keep things frozen. So far, so good. Was so quiet, l kept putting my hand on it to make sure it was running. Has front legs that are adjustable to help level it, the back are rollers and cannot be adjusted. Easy to move, l’m happy with it so far and paid the extra $10 so l wouldn’t have to manually defrost it. Worth the cost to me. Can even fit frozen pizzas flat with no problems. 🥰

Works well but on the 3rd day it started accumulating frost, 3 months later it needs to be de-frosted. Also the shelves are fixed and can not be moved. It does freeze things like it should and it is whisper quiet.

Nice size freezer for the few extra items that I put away from te fall harvest. Keeps things frozen, and is easy to clean. It is slightly larger than the other freezers that I looked at, and I’m happy that I chose this one.
