I have tried two other ACV gummy brands, ones labeled as Mother ACV, with less results. I reserved the review until I was three days away from finishing the bottle to make a determination but I now see results so have decided to review. These have a balanced tart apple taste to cover the slight vinegar smell, but not too much to make you cringe. They do not require you to "take with meal" like some of the gummies with higher dosages of ACV as this has. The added pomegranate and beet is nice as they routinely show up in advertisements as immunity and weight control boosters. For me, taking them with GNC's Multivitamin Ultra Mega left me feeling bloated so I switched back to Centrum's Multivitamin with no bloating. I may try GNC again as it might have just been a "puffy week". I only exercise 3x/week and no more than 20 minutes each time (alternating cardio and yoga). I know exercising more may accelerate results so that's on me but I have lost 6 lbs since taking these gummies. I was stuck at a plateau with the others. I highly recommend this product, or at least trying it to see if it works for you. Just ordered my second bottle so hopefully the success continues.

I am amazed at the results I got using this product. My appetite has calmed down and my weight is dropping slowly but regularly, one pound at a time. The gummies are tasty and easy to chew. The price is reasonable and they work. I would recommend giving this brand a try!

I just started taking the gummies and I like how they taste and what I am doing is I take one in the morning and then the 2nd one in the evening. I have heard that the gummies are very helpful in weight management and I decided to try them. I have been on my own weight loss regiment for the last 3 years and I have already lost 112lbs on my own but in the last six months I have stayed the same weight and I want to see if this can help get some of the 40lbs that I have left to loose to be at my goal weight. Over the last 2 weeks I found since taking the gummies that it is working, first week lost 3 lbs. and 2nd week lost 2 lbs., and 3rd week I did stay the same. I am switching up taking the 2nd gummies and I started taking it at 9:00 pm. I can feel a difference in my hips area and with legs and arms.

I purchase these gummies in hopes it helps with weight lose. I know I have to put in my work to help maintain that goal as well. However, when I received the bottle of gummies. ( I wish I can post a picture) but unfortunately I have to get the camera fix on my phone as it’s cracked. I live in the sunshine state ( Florida) where it’s literally super hot so my gummies came home all mushed together. As I try to peel it apart as I took it yesterday I hope I took the right amount of gummies. 😂 I was giving my self an estimation on two gummies I’m suppose to take. It didn’t taste bad and I’m very stubborn when it comes to taste. And it honestly didn’t have a bad taste at all. Would I order again “ yes” hoping that they don’t come melted again because of the taste. I have yet to experience any weight loss as I just received them yesterday. Overall great

I received the product as expected within 2 business day. The packaging was great! The gummies were not all stuck together and the flavor is very pleasant compared to other brands that I have tried. I have only been taking them for a few days so far, so I can't really comment yet on the affects. Based on packaging, taste and ofor yourself! reviews, I would definitely recommend trying them for yourself!

Good for helping lose weight* *with diet and exercise

I read reviews, I agree they taste great. As far as weight loss?? I can not say that happened. Flavor was great and digestion was good. The price is about average to lower and product reads great for content. But there is no magic for weight loss, I am on a restricted eating plan with limitations of several foods. The restart plan. No breads, limited list. I wish I could report the wonderful story of this product helping with weight loss or appetite!! But no nothing. Save your money, or just enjoy the gummy's for a something fun to eat. hey it's my opinion
