Clairol Root Touch-Up Temporary Concealing Powder, Medium Brown Hair Color, Pack of 1

I am so thrilled I found this product! I was using bottle spray forever until I found this. OMG, it's a game changer. So much easier to use and you can control how much to apply to cover your gray where as the bottle spray, you can not in my experience. I will no longer bottle spray and will for sure switch to this from now. It is also multi-use, you can use it on your eye brows too. Easy to handle. Easy to use and reasonable price. The size pallet is small enough, you can take it with you anywhere you go. Good for traveling for sure. Love, Love, Love this product!

This is a must have for in between dye jobs. Love the way it blends with my natural hair color, easy to apply and stays all day. Washes right off and does not stain your skin or clothing. Good price and lasts a long time.

I bought this product to help cover up 2 different areas on my scalp that I was self-conscious about. One, my receding hairline on both temples, that I believe is more genetics-related, unfortunately! And two, my hair was thinning quite a bit due to stress, and I wanted to try to cover that up. Note: I have medium-length, dark-brown hair, on the normal-to-thicker side. I am in my early 30s.This product worked quite well to help blend my receding hairline. The powder is buildable so you can make it darker (opaque) just by adding more of the product. You apply it just as you would eye shadow, except to your scalp! The color blended nicely with my natural hair color.It didn't work as well to cover up the top of my scalp where my hair was thinning. I felt like it actually enhanced those areas. I'm not sure how to explain this properly since I don't know the terminology, but I guess since I had lost hair, the powder of this product enhanced my hair follicles (almost how foundation or powdered makeup enhances your pores or if you try to cover up a scab it will make it look worse). It looked like the brown powder was making my hair loss more noticeable.BUT I think if your hair loss is due to aging or genetics this product will work fine, if your hair is thinning due to stress (which was a temporary loss for me, my hair thankfully has grown back) this product may not work. I still use this product for my receding hairline though! I hope this all makes sense and helps!!

I have used more expensive coverups and this one is a bargain and works so well! very pleased with the application of the product and doesn't cause any scalp issues. It doesn't take a lot and the application brush is decent.

I love this! It works so much better than pencils or spray ons that can be quite messy. With the small brush you go exactly where you want to...it's very precise and does a great job covering grays and adding color/depth to the scalp. So glad I found this!

Have been using the Clairol Root Touch-up for the last couple years! When my roots start coming through gray, I just brush a little of this on and it matches my brown so good! The perfect color for me, and it makes me feel so much better! Don't have to run to the salon and spend $60 for them to do it! THAT is a huge PLUS! And this one container last a long time!

The powder looked great but I don't like the brush. The powder gets loose in the container and you have to try to get it on the brush if you don't want to lose powder. Covers greys well. I'm going to try one of the root cover powders that comes with a sponge applicator.
