I bought this to use for storing my 11x14 artist canvas boards. The pages are wide enough to fit the thickness of the canvas board perfectly. However the thickness of the binder really only allows one canvas board to a sleeve, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to fill all the sleeves and still be able to close the binder. The pages seem durable and the quality seems good, so I think this will be good value for the cost. It does come with the black paper inserts too. Very functional for my needs.

I love that there are protective covers as most only come with a few and some paper to paste your art on, however I have design drawings that I carry in this and it holds them perfectly! I will say when you open this you want to have it laying flat so the protective pages don’t fold your work but I love that I can easily see what I’m grabbing. This is a great value for how well made this is. It’s easy to clean should you spill anything on it and holds the work tight so there’s no movement unless you’re being weird with opening and carrying it around. Love this portfolio!

Really great to keep your kiddos artwork in.

I save my kids artwork and have been looking for something large enough to store some of the bigger pieces. I loved the size and ease of this product. I have ordered 3 already!

So my needs for this were different than most of the reviews. I recently reorganized my "junk" room and discovered that I had almost 30 broadway show posters. Once upon a time I had the great idea that this would be the perfect way to track everything I saw and I would frame them and make a big broadway themed room. Now that I am grandma age, I no longer wish this upon myself but I also didn't have the heart to just throw them all out, especially since some were signed by the OG casts. I decided since I couldn't frame them all it would be great to store them like a photo album I could flip through, but the difficulty came in trying to find an "album" big enough. This absolutely fit the bill and stored all of my non framed posters! They slid in easily and just like a photo album they can go front and back with a black sheet in between to keep them separated. The missing star is because (as others have stated) it is a bit flimsy on the closing mechanism, I wouldn't want to use this for professional art portfolios unless you can find a way to create a better closing system, and the top of the clear sheets is open for sliding things in, so you would want to be careful not to accidentally pick it up the wrong way or everything could slide out. This doesn't apply to me because I plan to place it in a bookshelf, but it's important for artists to consider this.

Inexpensive organizer keeps paintings safe

I use this to hold the original architectural drawings for my house so it isn't opened and closed a lot. That being said the construction appears to be well designed and durable. Thin vellum paper is fairly easily inserted into the protective sleeves so heavier stock should be no problem at all.
