After having ear surgery, we needed something that was gentle enough to be used to clean our the ear wax building up. Once we had doctor approval, we got this and it worked great. It's not the easiest thing to us, but still deserve 5/5 for how effective and gentle it was.

I was pleasantly surprised by how soothing this ear cleaning tool felt! The warm water spray was very relaxing, and I appreciated that it wasn’t loud or harsh. I didn’t see much (or any) gunk come out, but to be fair, I clean my ears regularly—so there may not have been much to remove. That said, I’ll definitely be incorporating this into my regular routine because it feels great and gives me peace of mind. My husband, who has extremely sensitive ears, also gave it a try and said it was completely pain-free—another big win. Overall, it’s an enjoyable, gentle way to keep your ears feeling fresh. I’d give it five stars if I had seen more visible results, but even without that, it’s a solid product I’ll continue using.

Bottom line: THIS WORKS! A family member was having difficulty with wax buildup causing diminished hearing in one ear. The doctor recommended some oily drops but they didn't solve the problem. After reading many positive reviews we decided to give this a try. It worked like magic. MAGIC! Gentle, easy to use, comfortable and, most importantly, effective! Wax came out and hearing was instantly better. So, weeks of frustration was remedied in less than 2 minutes. Even though the other ear didn't appear to have any issues he tried it on that side. Again, a surprising amount of wax came out. The color indicators for appropriate water temperature (blue, red, GREEN) are helpful and it's really easy to clean up after use. For us, this was more than perfect! What a great investment. (As for videos, nobody really wants to see ear wax so you'll just have to trust me on this when I say that a lot of wax came out.)

I fell for the TikTok ad and put this on my Christmas wishlist without doing any research. My bad. I used it a little on Christmas morning and thought it was fine. Only then did I google and saw that doctors advise against this practice. The eardrum is very fragile and just blasting water in there with no idea what you're doing is extremely risky. Not only that, if you use tap water (like I did), you risk getting an amoeba inside you. My wife's coworker has dealt with an amoeba living in her all her life, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. She's constantly sick and her immune system is just slowly breaking down. It's absolutely horrifying. Just from my one brief use, I got water trapped in my ear and it's been there for over 2 weeks now despite all the suggested methods to get it out. I'm a little scared I'll need actual medical attention. Please, please don't use these things. Very very dangerous!
