GeForce GT 610 2G DDR3 Low Profile Graphics Card, PCI Express 1.1 x16, HDMI/VGA, Entry Level GPU for PC, SFF and HTPC, Compatible with Win11

Purchased this GT 610 2G 64-Bit Graphics card after suspecting failure of the onboard Video Processor for my Dell Optiplex 9020. Installation was under 5 minutes, my system was back up and running after rebooting twice for recognition after the repair. This card is a little on the low end but it is rugged and works very well on my office desktop, running at 1920 x 1080 Res. I will say it is well worth the price paid; saved myself over $900.00 plus associated downtime in less than 10 minutes; not bad.

This low-profile graphics card fit inside my Dell Inspiron D06S computer perfectly, and works great! (My on-board graphics output quit working, so I had to install this card to be able to use my computer again.)

Used for an old ddr3 server for media transcoding and works great for small use. Not beefy enough to multiple streams though. Also, watch the fans if you are troubleshooting a system. Took the tip of my finger off almost

OK video, but I had to use the VGA port and a VGA->HDMI adapter. The HDMI port doesn't seem to be active on this card. I have done some research online and many report this model (not just the vendor) as being prone to this. Note that this is a low profile card, not for use in standard computer cases, although without the metal tab, it WILL fit in any PCIe slot. Most WIndows versions recognize it immediately, so installation is trouble free.

It's fine. I put it in an older optiplex slimline running win 11 to make operation a little smoother. Windows pulled down the drivers automatically which is nice. Installation is just as easy as any other card. After install I did some thermal testing and noticed the temperature climbing near 75c. This is within operating temperature but seemed hot for just playing a YouTube video. Long story short, the gpu fan wasn't activating. It would spin on initial boot but would stop after POST and wouldn't come back on despite the heat. I've run into this problem before working on other machines so mercifully I knew to disable fast startup on Windows 11 which I typically do anyway on a fresh install, just hadn't gotten to it yet. So if your thermals aren't where they should be, check that first. Otherwise it's fine for basic usability on older slimline machines.

Have not been able to get this video card to function. When I installed the card, I got a secure boot message that indicates the device is singed with Microsoft UEFI CA and can't be used. System Administrator must re-enable Microsoft UEFI CA key to boot with this device. So far, I haven't been successful at determining how to re-enable Microsoft UEFI CA. Would like to revisit the review once issues are resolved.

Adds HDMI, Small Form Factor (SFF) bracket makes installation easy. Good price and good value. Nvidia drivers automatically install on PC's running Windows 11. Works as intended.
