Colour coding connectors makes assembly easier
I use red, green, blue, yellow etc as 1, 2, 3 etc on my projects. Even though I am a tad colour blind these rails show up.well - I only muddled red and green once so far which is a miraculously low rate for me!The only thing I would have wanted is a set of female connectors so I can make a plug. I had to order those from China directly.

bought these cause of the colors, they snap well and hold temperature pretty well.

Header pins, easy to solder and what I needed
They are standard header pins and they are easy to solder (I've had a batch from a different supplier that wouldn't solder at all! Never figured out why). With a good quality pair of side cutters they can be separated easily and symmetrically (not always easy). Exactly what I was after and slightly better than I expected.
