Adds protein and strengthens hair skin nails
Collegan has made such a difference in my skin hair and nails. It adds protein as well. Inhave noticed my nails are stronger, and hair too. This easily blends into my protein shakes and doesn't taste at all. Definitely would reccomend!

Does it Work?
This might be a great supplement for some, but I don't notice any differences in the way I feel. At least I don't think so. On the other hand my knee osteo could be a little better. Is it as a result of this or the result of something else I am taking? Hard to tell, so if I stop taking it and it gets worse I may be proving a point. It is working. Would like to know this.
