The IDF and Israelis' are cutting edge with so many things and these bandages are no exception! I keep a couple in my gun range bag, another in a FAK in my truck and several more in my home FAK. I pray I never need to use them, but I highly recommend having a few handy in case of serious emergencies where a regular home first aid kit won't do the job.
