UmAid Himalayan salt Mortar and pestle set

Great product and super duper customer service! My small issue was resolved promptly and professionally and I really appreciate it! Beautiful product, a little heavier than I expected, but overall color was accurate and item arrived quickly and well packaged.

What a joke. It came packed in a little thin box, and big suprise...it arrived busted. I Could tell it was shattered even before I opened the box. Don't waste your time or money on this thing.

Sent back, unfortunately. Was broken when it arrived. Was large and heavy.

I received the mortar but no pestel, how do I get that. Plus the mortar was dented with a chunk of the salt off of it

I got it broke the box was crushed

The packaging was a disaster. There was zero protections for this very breakable item. The bac looked awful and was bulging in odd areas. Upon opening it turned out the mortar was sideways and the pestle was to no surprise, broken. Otherwise seemed heavy and good quality. But packaging prevented me ever finding out. I suspect the item was a return that the manufacturer never inspected and blindly shipped to the new customer.
