I bought these flange inserts after realising the standard pump sizes weren’t working for me, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The included nipple measurer was a surprisingly useful addition — I found out I’d been using the wrong size all along, which explained the discomfort and lower milk output. Pros: • Inserts are soft but durable, and fit snugly into the pump without slipping. • Easy to clean, no milk pooling or tricky corners. • Having the nipple ruler included takes the guesswork out of sizing. • Much more comfortable to use and I’ve noticed better pumping efficiency. Cons: • Only minor downside is I wish more size options were included in one pack, but that’s just preference. Verdict: For the price, this is an excellent little upgrade that makes pumping easier, more comfortable, and more productive. Definitely worth it for anyone pumping regularly

Great product :) very easy to use and found it easy to measure the nipple using the included guide. Used in the Medela pumps and they fit well- can be a bit tight getting them in so adding a little coconut oil helped.

I bought these to fit my Medela freestyle hands free pump as the smallest flange size they offer is 21mm. I like having multiple size options as it’s taken a couple of attempts to find the right one and it fits much more comfortable now. The only small negative is they can be a bit tricky to fit due to the material but once they’ve been fitted and washed a few times it gets easier

Have been using these inserts with the electric Lansinoh pump flanges (25mm) and they fit really well. Has made pumping a lot more comfortable.

Really helped with my destroyed nipples. After trying to breastfeed I had no choice to pump instead. These really helped my tommytippe pump actually fit to my nipple rather than just pump air. I don’t use anymore as I’ve switched to electric pump now but manual definitely gets more milk out. I just can’t cope with the pain and having to pump it myself but I am going back once my nips have healed from the past trauma. Trauma not caused from manual pumping. Great product really good quality and saved me from having to stop pumping!

I brought this as a cheaper alternative to the momcozy flanges. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit my momcozy m5. Luckily, I have a different pump (non momcozy) that it fit into and it works really well for that pump but not the pump I brought it for

Have been using these for a few weeks with my wearable breast pumps and they've definitely helped a lot with comfort and pumping is not daunting anymore and I actually look forward to it. The measuring tool was a bit confusing to use but it was easy enough to try a few sizes and go with the one that felt most comfortable

This kit was excellent for providing my daughter with a way of adjusting the flange size of her breast pump which only came with 24mm and 28mm flanges. They seem to be a universal fit and come with a handy nipple measuring guide to help avoid the awful damage that comes from getting the sizing wrong. Really excellent.

Lot parfait d'inserts pour téterelle. La taille que l'on donne en maternité est toujours trop grande. Avec ces inserts, on peut facilement essayer toutes les tailles pour trouver celle qui nous correspond parfaitement. L'embout en mousse pour le nettoyage est un vrai plus.
