These are amazing.
I use these for lube application and for dispensing medication. They are very airtight and don't leak out easily with the thinner lube I use, and don't leak at all with thicker things. They can be capped after filling to prevent leaks anyhow. The plunger gets EVERYTHING out, nothing left in the barrel. The ONLY drawback is that they can be hard to get started when you push on them. Lubricating the plunger and working them up and down the barrel helps but doesn't completely eliminate the issue. They are STILL the best thing in have found for this purpose. VERY comfortable. If the medication comes in a different applicator, I switch it right out. I don't know why drug companies can't make something more comfortable, but until they do, these are great.

Excellent alternative to home IUI kits
Cheaper and equal alternative to home IUI kits that are much more expensive. Sometimes they are hard to pull up at the beginning so that would be the only change I’d prefer. Sterile and simple to use.

Comfortable to insert
Easy to use and comfortable to insert with the rounded tip. Medication needs to be inserted once the plunger has been pulled out, there are no measurement marks on the applicators. That was not a dealbreaker for me and I would definitely order them again.

Works, but with modification
I got these to apply vaginal estrogen, instead of the applicators that come with the product. On the plus side, the rounded tip on these applicators is fantastic and so much more comfortable to use than the square tipped ones. On the negative side, the plunger has a black plastic piece that is very stiff and rigid, making it hard to actually dispense the product once the applicator is in the body. The solution I found was to use the plunger from the square tipped applicators in this product, instead of the plunger that comes with it. Together, they work really well. I am able to wash them with soap, hot water, and a bristle brush that one would use to clean reusable straws, which helps me get a lot more useless out of each item, bringing down the overall price.

Skin reaction
I purchased these applicators for their round shape, which is a feature that I could not find anywhere else. I developed intense itching during the night after I used the first applicator to apply my progesterone cream. I am a nurse and an older woman that has not had a yeast infection in over 35 years, I have the clinical knowledge to know that the reaction was not caused by the progesterone cream as I have been using it every night for almost 2 years. Although the symptoms I am having are of a yeast infection, I tend to believe it is more of a reaction to the material. To rule out yeast, I went to CVS and purchased a vaginal anti- fungal cream to treat the itch. I truly question what kind of plastic material this is made of and if suitable for vaginal use. Impossible to know as the package is all in Chinese, which should have been a red flag. Non English labeling, I assume, is an illegal practice if a product is marketed in the US, even more so if for internal use.

A Frida Baby at Home Insemination Kit syringe DUPE!
These are basically the same as the ones that come with the Frida Baby at home insemination kit! They have been easy to use, delivery fast and super convenient for our TTC journey.

The only way this will work is with cream -- there are no markings or measurements to indicate an amount PLUS they won't attach to the cream tube - you will have to insert the cream from the top and then plunge it all the way down. Fiddly and not user friendly to say the least

Much better than non rounded tip. It’s difficult to load so I put the cream in the top then put the plunger. Make sure to remove the cap at the bottom first. Can be reused and cleaned
