The new battery is amazing and lasts most of the day. I had lot of problems with the original battery, this battery is so much better. More importantly all the necessary tools were included. Very simple and straightforward, excellent performance and overall excellent value for money.

Years ago I successfully replaced the battery myself in my old iPhone 4 and got a few more years out of it. However, despite watching the video on how to change the battery in my iPhone SE things did not go so smoothly this time. To start with the battery is fixed into the phone by some strong adhesive and is hard to prize out. I was as careful as I could be but I knocked the ribbon in the top corner which controls the front camera. The ribbon snapped & had to be replaced at a cost of £50 by a mobile repair shop. The mobile repair shop also has to change the battery again at a cost of £35 as they could not get this one to charge. Then the Touch Screen ID stopped working. I tried the online fixes for that but none worked so I had to ring Apple & get them to do a diagnostic check on my iPhone. They had to book me an appointment at a Genius Bar in an Apple Store. The staff there had to replace the display at a further cost of £159. If I had just gone to Apple in the first place & got them to but in one of their batteries the cost would have been £70 so I think I will have to do that another time even though the cost of this battery is less than half the cost. So my total outlay has been £234 assuming I get a refund for this faulty battery. Just one of those unfortunate things. I see others have had success changing their batteries.

It was a fiddly job replacing the old battery, but I was so fed up with charging my phone 3 times a day as the apple battery was old and running out of ability.This worked really well and holds charge well - I cannot afford a new phone at the moment so it saved me a lot of money.Happy Customer

Excellent product. The battery itself works as expected and has significantly improved the performance of my iPhone 11. The battery arrived with everything required, tools and, importantly, new water seal. Installation was straightforward, highly recommended.
