I bought this with intent to use on a plane. But seems there is no screen so how to pair a BT headset to the planes audio?

Hi friend, This is a 5.3 aux Bluetooth receiver that is used to pair with Bluetooth devices such as your phone/tablet. It does not work with Bluetooth headsets. You can refer to the steps of " How to pair Bluetooth" in the Product description on our page. Hope it helps.

Can these bluetooth devices be renamed? if i bought 2 of them could i name one "kitchen" and one "basement"?
