What can I say?I use reading glasses. They are a hassle, ask anybody that uses them. In my opinion using them is one thing maintaining them is another. Inventory management is another headache. They break easy and you're constantly replacing them and I recently found out you could develop infections behind the ear in quite out of the normal way.Now for the solutions the glasses have to go, the perfect balance I determined is a "monocle". Why not? I thought! While looking for it I find these. They were sort of what I was looking for I couldn't figure out how they work. I thought I should give it a try and I did.By any name everything man builds has a definition: a frame, rim, body. You want to call it dream, design, reality. I am fine with it. I know it's a generalization. Our glasses have a Frame/ Rim/Glass. I found out, each and every part is a beauty. In the reverse order:1️⃣ The glass is made of acrylic. It means no matter how many times you drop it they won't break. That doesn't mean you break them. I am talking about naturally occurring drops. You will drop them, that my friend you cannot avoid. These are new type of glasses, need time to adapt to.2️⃣ The rim is almost invisible, is the only part that adds color to the glasses. Minimally so minimally nobody noticed I have been changing glasses all the time and nobody made a comment either Regular/Irregular/Casual.3️⃣ The frame is "The rose" in the rose garden. It is what makes it happen. This is a small, thin Spring like Metal piece that connects one glass with another. I was surprised it is tied down to the rim with screws. I noticed this when I lost one of them, instead of losing the fuse I lost my nut and used the spare. Of course I ended up ordering a box full of screws for glasses of all sizes and I was very happy when I was able to fix the missing screw.‘cause the glasses are so thin I found the perfect Location for them to place when not in use. The first shirt button is perfectly suited to put the frame in as if the button is wearing the glasses. 💯 times later I assure you it hasn't fallen from its perch.4️⃣ what else is there to say? The box that they provide is a perfect match. It is solid/compact/ Color coordinated. So much so I carry a pair extra with me now with me all the time! I hate myself for saying this you could buy the glasses for the box it's that good. I even found an application for it, you could use it as a money clip and the money won't be visible at it is smaller than a wallet.😎.5️⃣ there is one minor problem the rubber that covers the screws that holds the frame to the rim. It's very thin. It will degrade. It is the Point of failure but there are choices there are alternatives but not without sacrifices if you think about it something as simple as Band-Aid precisely scissored among others. The hope is you like it as much as I do.

Great for bed reading!
I love the mini glasses! I read in bed before I sleep and they are perfect perched on my nose.

Nice design but uncomfortable
Very handy & strength is correct. Easy to pocket but would be better if they slid out from the end - wouldn't have to pull the case out of my pocket.Unfortunately, they only stay in a spot that blocks my breathing and forces me to tip my head back to see through them. Can't get them to grip further up my nose for more comfortable use.

Cute & sturdy
I use these to be able to read in bed at night! Don’t have to have full size glasses. These fit, don’t bother my nose, and I recommend them.

NOT junk. pince-nez convienient
These pince-nez are retro, functional eyeballs. I have NO IDEA why one person called them junk with NO explanation why!I am constantly losing or breaking my reading glasses. These are compact, there are no uncomfortable over- the -ear pieces to break off. I am using these now. I am going to put 1 in my car, 1 by my bed and 1 by the TV. They will stay in their sturdy containers and I will ALWAYS have a pair of glasses.I was reading Agatha Christy, and she was constantly referring to pince-nez, a style of glasses worn in the early 19th century .These pince-nez glasses are not what I would wear full time, but they stay on AND I can angle them to see long distances. I am thinking they will DEFINITELY come back in style.I really like them and may buy more to put in all my purses. They are unbreakable in their metal cover...and I certainly won't feel badly if I lose a pair at this price!Sometimes with regular glasses , I get headaches from the tight pressure on my head. These do put pressure on my nose, but I am not getting headaches from the ear area, which is a plus!Photos of President Roosevelt show these kind of glasses with a small chain ⛓️attached to keep them, say in one's pocket, to not lose them...Thumbs up, buy.

Hard to keep in place
They look cute, but kind of flimsy. The real problem is that it is very difficult to get them to stay on my nose.

Well made
As one who has bought and broken dozens of readers, these make sense. No arms to break off! They fit me well; they stay put securely and comfortably high or low on my nose, even when I lay down on my side and read. They seem sturdier than any plastic conventional readers with arms, and the case is slim and sturdy. I just bought 3 more to share at work.

VERY DECENT
THE REACTION OF THE RECIPIENT. SHE SAYS THE VISION IS EXCELLENT + THEY STAY ON WELL. THE KEYCHAIN MODEL FELL OFF THOUGH. CONSIDER SECURING THAT MODEL'S LATCH. REMEMBER TO ORDER DEPENDING ON MAGNIFICATION.
