This is the perfect gift for yourself or anyone who is a phan of Phantom of the opera! Fair warning this may be a long review.First off, I want to say that this is my second MiniCity that I have gotten, my first one was the Wizard of Oz one, I actually won that one in a giveaway through a Facebook Creator and I have loved the company ever since! I have purchased from other companies that sell Booknooks to test them out and see how they fair up against MiniCity but I have yet to find a company that I love more then MiniCity. Their instructions are so clear and precise compared to some that I have gotten where you are trying to figure out what they are doing, not with MiniCity, they make it clear with detailed pictures to show exactly where your putting things.The Phantom of the Opera has 3 parts to it, I could have done it in a day/day and a half but I wanted to really enjoy the assembly of it so I split it up for 3 days. What I loved the most about this Book nook was the attention to detail! It did not disappoint, there was so many little things that I kept spotting throughout the building process that I loved. Phantom, Raul, Christine, and Carlotta are in the booknook as well and I was so impressed with how well they looked! They aren't blurry or hard to make out (I will post a photo of them so you can see what I mean for yourself) I also loved how they gave you two extra pieces to use because the original ones had a defect and they let you know which ones to change them out for. I could go on and on but I will stop here and let you purchase it and see for yourself! You will not be disappointed by any means I had the most fun and enjoyable time building this one and I can't wait to purchase another one from them! Keep up the great work MiniCity!!!

The media could not be loaded. This was so beautiful. What a wonderful experience. The cut outs are perfect and fit together extremely well. It comes with a file for the leaves that just need a little wiggling together. The glue was wonderful, and didn’t dry out. The tweezers were very helpful, and the directions were very clear. This is my first nook and took me 10 hours to complete (tea and food breaks) and I am immediately buying another. Cheaper than legos and incredibly beautiful and detailed. The lights were so easy to install. It uses 2 AAA batteries, so no expensive watch flat batteries.

This was so fun! Very good instructions and quality. The pieces mostly fit perfectly together, not to hard to get together but don't need to be glued. I did it in around 3 hours, I was going to split it up over a few nights but it was so fun I didn't want to stop. I wish I'd taken more time to untangle the wires, but it works great. I first got a kit missing parts but got a complete one next day when I initiated a return.

I had so much fun putting this together, and sure sometimes little wood pieces would break off when you snapped them together…but it still went together and if it needed some help I added some glue! It still looked the same. I absolutely loved the set, but I was so disappointed when I had it all together and the lights did not work. No matter what I try, they don’t seem to want to work. Other than my defective lights, I highly recommend. (Also I saw other reviews talking about an odor, yes it has an odor but I went nose blind to it pretty quick, not that bad)

Easy to build. Sturdy pieces

i had alot of fun putting this book nook together the one thing i would recommend is when you are putting the sides and back and top all together is to put a little wood glue around the seems but over all it turned out great its a was a good way to relax it wasnt as time consuming as the first book nook i built also when taking out the pieces i numbered the pieces

Love the product and it’s fun to build. But the smell is TERRIBLE!!! Very chemically and the smell happened before I even touched or opened the glue. My entire apartment smelled and it lingered after opening the box.

Was easy to build and looks beautiful when it's done.
