Disappointing - first aid kit insufficient
I am long way from convinced that this emergency pack for Care Homes is worth anything like the current price of £115. The red back pack, hi vis jacket and headtorch with batteries were ok. The inclusion of emergency blankets, poncho's, patient ID bracelets and a pen could be useful, but the lack of a decent first aid kit was extremely disappointing - this was woefully inadequate with insufficient basic items (just 2 triangular bandage, 1 large dressing, 10 waterproof plasters, 1 pair vinyl gloves and 2 wound cleansing wipes) and no scissors, cpr respirator, tweezers, safety pins, micropore tape to name a few items which aside from a better supply of basic first aid items should be included.
