I got this to use with a springform pan when making cheesecake in a pressure cooker. Not only does it prevent the water from going into the cheesecake while baking, but it also prevents the sides of the pressure cooker from getting scratched from the springform pan works great, highly recommended.

Perfect for keeping your cheesecake crust from getting soggy. I tried wrapping my spring form pans in several layers of tinfoil before baking in a water bath, but somehow water always got through. These work perfect, and they are very durable and easy to clean.

Definitely larger than my 9in pan but that didn't matter at all bc it doesn't need to fit tightly to work. My cheesecake came out flawless, and I have a leaky springform. I used to keep a bain on a separate rack but that would still make my cheesecake crack. This gives me peace of mind that no water is getting through to my pan, unlike tin foil, which is impossible to make completely seamless unless I used a whole roll

Make sure you put the springform pan in this mold BEFORE you pour your batter into the pan

Using this pan is so much easier and more effective when using a water bath for baking items such as cheesecake. It eliminates the water from seeping into or under the foil method. Highly recommend this protector for a more fool proof baking method.

I love this I make cheesecakes all the time and I always put them in a water bath to cook them but sometimes it gets through the foil this has made that easier, it has a really good seal, it fits perfectly and I love it, it’s a little tight to put on so I recommend doing it before putting anything in your springform pan, it can be a chore but it gets a really good seal and keeps the water out, also works well if you want to make a cake in it, doesn’t brown or burn the cake love it

Works perfectly. So much better than wrapping cheesecake in foil which in my case leaked and this didn't.

Size and functionality as advertised

Fits perfectly on my 9” pan. It is a good quality and feels like it will last a long time. My springform pan leaks sometimes so this helps with keeping my batter from dripping all over the oven. Very easy to clean, simply rinses right off. It was shipped folded up but quickly bounces back into shape once unpackaged.

This product has changed go take for my cheesecakes!! I used to wrap my pan in tinfoil and then putting it in a water bath but now I just use these and I see way less to no condensation in my pan. Quality seems good, and I’m saving money on tinfoil in the long run.
