It's been only minutes since I unpacked this set of pots and pans, but I'm in love! I LOVE THIS SET!!! it's exactly the color I wanted -- medium-grey -- granite-coated, has a nice texture and yet isn't too heavy or bulky. True, the bigger pans in the set may be a bit too heavy for my use. I just don't like 12-inch pans, too big and unwieldly -- but maybe I'll change my mind once I get it all ready for use and get used to holding them. There's one VERY large pan in the set that may be just a bit too heavy -- but even if I can't use it, I love the set and it was well worth it. I can't believe I've gone my whole life using pans I wasn't absolutely in love with!!! The smaller 3-4 pans that I know I'll be using again and again are wonderful to hold and look at. Also, I can't believe the texture and even SOUND of the pans. They are terrific! The 8-inch and 10-inch pans are FANTASTIC! Than you, DishDelight -- I hope you never stop selling these pots and pans! I wish I could give it more than a 5-star rating!
