This product worked ok however 1 function did not work. This function is being able to close open screens with the hand remote from the home screen. After much work with a neighbour and there exact box we came to the only conculsion that it must be to box itself. The seller promtly sent another box but still this function does not work. We can only conclued that there has been a charge in the way you use this function it is mentioned in the instruction sheet but does not work in this way. Would be very glad of any information on this problem.
