Its been 20yrs since I was last working out and taking creatine. Back in the gym now and got this brand to get saturated and pulling in the water to help my make my workouts more productive. As I recall in the late 90's, this is the same quality if not slightly better and even cheaper. I mix 5g every morning in my "morning kick" mix in water with a milk frother mixer and is completely tasteless as expected. I believe this is definitely helping recovery and workouts getting stronger every week as I've been going strong for past 5wks. This was a staple during my prime and still does the job. I'm in my 50's and its never to late to get in the gym and make the most of your workouts count!

My last purchase was on August of 2024. This guys sold me an expired jar, wow! I noticed expiration day on July of 2024 a whole month! wow! I'm appalled by this. I want my money back. Shame on your business.

I got this supplement for my son to use before he works out. He's working on bulking up and needed something to help get him going. I did research and found that creatine monohydrate was the safest and most effective for a teenage boy to use. I chose this brand because it's essential that I only give my son a product that is truly clean. He's been using this for around 2 weeks and said that he's noticed a difference in his workouts. He feels like he's able to lift more weight and he's seeing improvement in the amount that he can lift. He can also see a difference in the definition of his muscles. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is that, when mixed with water, it doesn't dissolve very well at all. The texture is gritty, like sand granules. It's not bad as long as you chug it quickly. If you mix it with almond milk, it mixes great with no grittiness. My son's definitely sold on this product and we'll definitely keep buying it.
