These work well but they are NOT designed for use on iPhone. I should have researched better to know they will block the IR sensor and prevent face ID even when set to open. Regardless, they were easy to apply and very difficult to remove. The material is high quality, seems like metal not plastic.

these are really good. It allows you to "open and close" your webcam on laptop in a really nice way with an OEM look. No need to put a sticker on anymore. Really effective and stays on well

These are very small, barely noticeable. Simple installation and very effective. When closed the camera lens is fully blacked out. Highly recommended for privacy. Excellent value.

works fine, the dimensions are fine, but the adhesive is weak which is a bit of an issue since you don't want this to fall off at any point for any reason.

These web cam covers fit the iPad A16 as well as the Macbook Air 2020. They are extremely small, making them a little difficult to attach. However, these covers do come off easily enough to re-fit, which I had to do several times to get it straight. The covers work very well at blocking the camera. The plastic window that slides open and closed, to reveal the camera, is a bit difficult to slide at first. You have to slightly press on the circular plastic piece covering the camera and push. You may need to push it with your fingernail the first couple of times. It seems to loosen up with use. Before placing the cover on your computer or tablet, I recommend shining a bright light on the web cam so that you cover only the camera and not any sensors or lights. These do not interfere with the closing of the A16 iPad in the ESR Flex keyboard case or the Macbook Air 2020 in a generic plastic case. However, the directions come with a WARNING about the 2019 16" Macbook Pro---the display may be damaged when it is closed.

What can I say. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It covers the camera. That is the whole job. Mission accomplished. It is very thin which is actually a good thing. If I really try to be picky it might be a little too thin. When you press down on it, it becomes harder to slide. The trick is simple. Do not press hard. Just slide it lightly and it moves smoothly. Treat it gently and it behaves. Compatibility depends on your laptop. It fit perfectly on my Lenovo Legion. On my LG Gram it was a little awkward to place. That is not the product’s fault. Some laptops just do not leave much space around the camera. Before buying take a look at your laptop camera lens and make sure there is enough space around it for this to sit properly. Some laptops squeeze the camera into a very tight border. If there is no room just use a small piece of 3M post it sticky note and call it a day. Most importantly it gives you peace of mind. No fear of some hacker sitting in a dark room watching you through your laptop camera. Slide it closed and move on with your life. It is thin small simple and it does its job.

Easy to apply, good price. I had to work the slide a few times before I put in on my computer. You have to catch the side of the slide with a fingernail, but it does move easily. Better than taping part of a sticky note to your computer.

This is a simple and ingenious product for preventing your privacy being invaded. I did not know how much of your privacy can be invaded through that very small camera lens on the front of your phone, tablet, Laptop etc This product is ingenious and so simple to use. After purchasing mine I just made sure I wiped the area with a clean cloth to make sure nothing inhibited the product from sticking, sliding back the lens cover to reveal and be able to line up correctly the uncovered hole with the small camera hole lense, peeled back the covering that protects the adhesive area, and lined the lens up with the cover hole and simply push down on product for a minute so that it's properly adhered to your phone or other devices with camera lenses and make sure the sliding cover is over the lens and your potential for Invasive spying obtained through the lens is now history and when you need to take a picture, just simply slide the camera cover back to reveal the lens and simply slide it back in place once you've finished your picture taking, it's that simple but so effective. I've found this product well made and so simple to apply and use, with not a single issue from these lens covers since I've purchased them, and they come with clear instructions on applying and using. If I ever need more, I won't hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
