Great place to start. Used this book to work on my marriage. The basics of understanding the relationship dynamics is great. I applied most of what this book covers. I have to say it took about 2 weeks but our relationship started to change in a very positive way

I've learned a LOT from this book and I've even gone thru the 8 week program now but if you can't afford the program, this book is still a must read. It's enlightening and life changing. Provides a new point of view to understand my wife and what is going on for her in different scenarios. It's a must read for any entrepreneur with a family or wife.

This book has very good content and offers advice as well. I downloaded the app and it has connected me to a few coaches on here and it’s been supportive group I have been looking for to help me along the way.

Doug's ability to cut to the chase, provide actionable items to implement in your life, and no nonsense approach to the topic makes this a must read for any man who is struggling in their life or their marriage. There are so many nuggets of wisdom and common sense things to put in place in your life from this short read. The story is easy to follow, fun to read, and opened my eyes for a path forward to turn things around. I can't recommend this book enough for taking that first step to make a difference in your life, and the lives of your family members.

This book is a must read for everyone. Doug Holt has masterfully woven together story with practical yet misunderstood principles for saving OR building lasting marriages. Long lasting and happy marriages transform men and women, kids, families and the world. This book should be on everyone’s list for young men coming of age, clergy and others giving pre-marital counseling, as well as those counseling anyone going through marriage struggles (which is everyone to some degree).

Total waste of money. Mostly a self promotion to join his 'Powerful Man' program and become enlightened but lightening your wallet in his direction. Lots of make believe scenarios of marital problems but very thin on how to define YOUR problems. Solutions are presented in a formulaic methodology ie: do this then do this next etc etc.....

This book has changed my life. I see how I was failing my marriage and am in the midst of trying to save it! Guys.... it starts with us!

Reading through this book so many of the insights seem small and simple, and yet stacking them together the impact is huge. A great starting point for someone serious about showing up as the best version of themself in order to improve their marriage. A mixture or personal reflections and insights, along with practical measures to improve your relationship with your partner (or even kids or colleagues). A huge thumbs up

Great book! Excellent breakdown Step by step process for REAL RESULTS. I recommend this book for every man! You will find ah ha moments throughout this book that will change your life forever.

There are so many books out there on the subject of improving or saving your relationship when things go downhill. The approach Doug takes here is relatable (he's been in this situation himself), practical and really breaks things down into manageable chunks that you can implement to start seeing changes quickly. At times, whilst reading it, I had to stop and look around and see where he had hidden the cameras in my house, as it felt like he was describing my exact situation! One of the biggest things that also comes across is that this is about saving yourself as much as saving your marriage - in fact the two are inextricably linked. Thanks Doug, my life and marriage are in a much better place because of your work.
