Good value for the money but it's features are just too limited. No HD camera - lousy 640x480 resolution. I thought it would at least email a photo to me once motion was detected but it only sends a message. Photos and videos are stored locally on an SD card so nothing is uploaded anywhere off site. A burglar could simply steal the device thus taking all video / photo evidence with him! The concept is good but it definitely needs cloud based storage to make it more secure. Battery backup is also lacking although I had it connected to a UPS. Returned for refund.

WHEN it works (Being present); it’s okay. Once using the out-of-house system via SmartPhone, the system cannot be restarted after the first armed. The only way to get it to work is reset the indoor unit, which seems a pointless exercise if one is a few days away and cannot reset the indoor camera unit.Might be okay for a baby type phone that is always used at home or when near the unit to reset. But rather expensive for just this type of usage.Personally I wasted a lot of money on this purchase, will have to put it down to a bad experience.

Bought a Guardzilla from Maplin, but worse mistake ever. it only works when connected to its wi-fi in doors, have re installed it twice and got 5 ticks to say set up OK 10 emails later to their support team and still not working. At the same as writing this review I am on hold trying to get a agent to talk to me via their UK number so far its been 17 minutes on hold waiting. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS JUNK.
