It's a quality, texture is fine, and it teased great

They’re great but too pricey

My only problem with these, the ones I got were a bit mushy but the flavor made up for it. EDIT: almost done with jar, I think the texture is normal and fine with the flavor. If you're a brine sipper this stuff will vinegar ye. The sausage flavor is reminiscent of 5l1m J1ms and the brine is a wonderful vinegar brine. This brine doesn't turn to jelly when cold but it is amazing flavor. I've also had Bay View Pork Hocks and those were great across the board.

Super flavorful and not hot

Inside sausage casing, the meat is very coarse and not really flavorful. Would not buy again.

My father is 89 years old and this by far is his favorite snack. I’ve purchased 3 jars and he can’t get enough! Yes I’ll be ordering again soon.
